Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

Canada Shipping

• Standard Shipping (7–14 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (3–7 business days)

Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $75.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on customs and local carriers. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
