MDR's Story

RECOVERY MEANS MORE THAN GETTING BACK UP.

My life has always been lived in motion.

Years of action sports, athletics, and pushing myself came with incredible experiences—but also serious injuries, surgeries, setbacks, and long periods of recovery.

I've had to rebuild more than once.

Each time taught me something different about the body, patience, resilience, and what it really means to keep moving forward.

But somewhere along the way, I realized recovery isn't only physical.

We recover from injuries. We recover from loss. From difficult years, mistakes, exhaustion, disappointment, and the things life puts in our path that nobody else can see.

Sometimes recovery means getting stronger.

Sometimes it means slowing down.

Sometimes it means looking further inside yourself.

And sometimes it simply means deciding you're not finished yet.

THAT'S WHAT MODERN DAY RECOVERY MEANS TO ME.

I didn't develop MDR because I wanted to become another supplement company.

I developed it because wellness, recovery, and helping people have become deeply personal to me.

I'm someone who has needed help. I'm someone who has helped others. I'm a survivor, a father, an entrepreneur, and someone who believes there is enormous value in helping another person feel a little stronger, healthier, or more capable of facing what's next.

My experiences also changed what I expect from wellness products.

I wanted simplicity and transparency. Purposeful ingredients. Clearly disclosed amounts. Products that can become part of someone's routine without pretending to be a miracle.

That's the philosophy behind Modern Day Recovery.

WELLNESS DOESN'T BELONG TO ONE TYPE OF PERSON.

You don't have to be an athlete.

You don't have to live in a gym.

You don't have to be trying to become somebody else.

You might be recovering from years of pushing your body. You might be trying to take better care of yourself today than you did yesterday. Or maybe you're simply thinking more seriously about the years ahead.

Wherever you're starting from, recovery is personal.

MDR exists to support that journey with straightforward products, transparent formulas, and a belief I've learned through experience:

RECOVERY STARTS WHEN THE CAMERAS ARE OFF.
